Decision enabled: A solid technical and economic basis to structure the concession and engage investors.

Context: The airport operator needed clarity on the future of ten platforms: investment, management models and 25-year sustainability.
What was done: Traffic forecasts per platform, financial modelling, feasibility analysis and comparison of partnership and privatisation models.
Deliverables: 25-year traffic forecasts, financial models, management-option analysis per airport.
Decision enabled: Costed scenarios enabling platform-by-platform choices between direct management, partnership and concession.
